The CD Catering Group has been operating Fish & Chip outlets since 2012. Chips Ballykelly is our newest take of traditional fish & chips.

What we do

We only use the finest 100% cod fillets, freshly battered for each order. We peel potatoes in our purpose build chipping room every single day, our Gourmet Burgers are made for us by our local family butchers.

Our potatoes are delivered weekly to us from our local potato supplier, only the finest Potatoes are selected. We wash, peel and chip potatoes every day, using no chemicals what so ever to preserve the chip. Our chips are pre cooked at a certain temperature in beef dripping and finished in Rapseed oil for that crispy bite.
